Downtown Storefront Improvement Grant

The Downtown Storefront Improvement Grant is administered by the St. Charles Business Alliance. Properties located within the Downtown St. Charles SSA-1B Boundary may be eligible for a reimbursement of up to 50% of the cost for qualifying storefront improvements, such as a sign, awning, or lighting. The maximum reimbursement grant is not to exceed 50% of the cost up to a maximum of $1,000.
